Nbcc Ltd.

We are based in Sector I of Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, right at B-705 in the Tigri area of New Delhi 110 062. Some people ask if it is a big office building, but no, it is more of a residential-style block where we have our workspace. Nbcc Ltd. has been operating from this flat for a while. It is a very busy neighborhood, and the streets can be a bit of a maze if you are not used to them. We spend our days here dealing with all the administrative work that piles up. The office is very simple. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and stacks of folders everywhere. It is not the kind of place that has a fancy reception or a sign on the door. We just have our small team here getting through the hours. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit and talk until it comes back on. The sounds from the street come right through the windows—kids playing, vendors shouting, and the general hum of the city. It is a lively place to be, even if it is a bit cramped inside. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't. It is just our local office where we handle our business as best as we can every day.
