The building for Natural Aroma Products Pvt. Ltd. is based out of the Dilshad Garden Industrial Area. We are at 485- A/12-A, which is right off the G.T. Road. Being in an industrial area means it’s pretty gray and loud outside, with trucks constantly moving in and out of the gates. Inside our space, though, things are a bit different because we work with aromas. It’s not that we’re trying to be a spa or anything; we just manufacture and pack things. The smell of whatever we’re working on that day usually sticks to your clothes and hair. Some days the scent is much stronger than others. We have been at this location for several years now. The building is a typical industrial structure, functional and not much to look at from the outside. We spend most of our time on the production floor or checking the quality of the batches. It’s hard work, and the heat from the road doesn't help in the summer. We have a small group of workers who know the process well. We don't spend much time on meetings or big plans. Usually, we just look at the orders for the week and figure out how to get them done. The G.T. Road is a blessing for shipping, even if the traffic is a constant headache. We just keep our heads down and focus on making sure the products are what they should be. It’s a straightforward business without any unnecessary frills.
