National Real Estate Development Council

Over at Kailash Hill F-1, things stay pretty busy. We’re not a developer ourselves, but we’re right in the middle of the real estate world. Being part of the National Real Estate Development Council means a lot of meetings with different people from the industry. Our office is in a more residential area, which makes for a slightly different vibe than the heart of the city. We have a lot of discussions about regulations and how things are changing in the market. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of emails. Sometimes it feels like we’re just a hub for information. We have stacks of reports and newsletters everywhere. It’s not a polished environment. It’s a place where people come to talk about the practical side of building and selling property. We drink a lot of coffee and spend too much time in conference rooms. The staff here has been around for a while, so we know the history of how things have developed. We don't do anything flashy or promotional. We’re just here to provide a place for the industry to connect. Some days are just filled with phone calls and trying to organize the next big meeting. It’s a lot of administrative work, but it’s important for keeping things moving in the right direction for everyone involved in real estate.
