Narula Carpets

We are located over in Sheikh Sarai Phase I, at Shop No 2 in the Local Shopping Centre. It’s a decent spot, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes for people visiting. We’ve been dealing with carpets for quite a while now. The shop is filled with rolls of different materials and patterns. Sometimes it smells a bit like wool and new fabric in here. We spend a lot of our time unrolling things so people can see the full size. It’s a lot of heavy lifting, but it’s what we do. We aren't trying to be some high-end boutique. We just have a lot of carpets and we know which ones hold up well over time. Most of our neighbors in the LSC have been here for years, so it feels like a little community. Being in Phase 2 means we get a mix of people from all over. We see the same faces walking their dogs or going to the grocery store. When someone walks in, we just talk to them normally. No sales pitches or anything like that. If they like a carpet, they take it. If not, that’s fine too. We’ve had the same rug racks for a long time. They work just fine. It’s a bit crowded inside, but that’s because we try to keep a good variety on hand. It keeps us busy and the day goes by fast.
