We run Vinod Plastic out of J-3353 in the DSIIDC Industrial Area in Narela. It is a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it is mostly stacks of plastic goods and the smell of raw materials being processed. We have a small desk near the front where we handle the billing and talk to anyone who stops by. The floor is usually covered in some bit of scrap or packing material, but we sweep it up at the end of every shift. Narela is a long way for some people to travel, but for us, it is just where the work is located. The roads around here can be pretty rough, especially when it rains and the potholes fill up with muddy water. We just get on with it though. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure the plastic products get made and sent out to whoever ordered them on time. We eat our lunch in the small corner we cleared out near the back door. Some days the machines give us trouble, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing things instead of producing anything. That is just part of the business. We don't make any big claims, we just provide the plastic items as requested. It is a simple operation and we try to keep it that way without overcomplicating things. It works for us and has for a while now.
