Setia Soap Mills

You can find us at I - 2131 in the Dsiidc Industrial Park Complex over in Narela. It’s a massive place with lots of identical-looking blocks, so people sometimes get lost trying to find us the first time. We’ve been making soap here for quite some time now. The air around the mill usually smells like lye or whatever fragrance we are using that morning. It’s a very practical environment. We have the mixing vats and the cutting tables laid out to make the most of the space we have in this unit. Narela is quite far out from the main city, so it’s a long commute for some of us, but this is where the industry happens. The floors are often a bit slippery, and we have to be careful when moving the finished crates around. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We deal with suppliers and distributors who come through the industrial park every day. Usually, the office part is just a small corner with a couple of chairs and a dusty computer where we track the orders. We don’t have a lot of fancy words for what we do. We just make the product and get it shipped out. Some days the humidity makes the soap take longer to set, so we have to adjust our schedule. It’s just us doing our thing in the heart of the industrial complex. We stay until the last batch is done.
