Jagdamba Pipe

If you look for H-1233 in the DSIIDC Industrial Park in Narela, you will see our gate. It’s a long way out for most people, but this is where all the industrial work happens in this part of town. We spend our days moving pipes around. Some are big and heavy, others are smaller, and they are piled up in the yard. It takes a lot of work to keep them all sorted so we can find the right one when someone asks. The office is just a small cabin with a desk that’s seen better days. We keep our files in old metal cabinets that creak every time you open them. When it rains, the sound on the tin roof is so loud we can't even hear the phone ringing. We have a small crew of guys who have been here for years. They know exactly how to handle the materials without making a mess. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going. There isn't much to say about the place other than it's where we work. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decorations. We just focus on loading the trucks and making sure the pipes are stacked safely. The yard can get quite muddy in the monsoon, which makes moving the heavy stuff even harder. We just get on with it and try to stay dry while the rain pours down.
