We’ve been here at A-255 in the Dsidc Industrial Complex for a good while now. It’s Narela, so things get pretty dusty and loud with all the factories around us. Most days it is just us surrounded by stacks of spare parts and grease. You walk in and see shelves filled with everything from filters to bolts. Sometimes it’s hard to find a specific small nut in the back, but we usually know where everything sits after all these years. It’s a busy spot. Trucks are always coming in and out of the complex, making the roads a bit of a mess. Our shop isn't fancy at all. There’s a desk that’s seen better days and a couple of chairs for when someone has to wait. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking through catalogs to make sure the part matches what the customer needs. It’s hot in the summer under this roof, but we keep the fan going and just get on with it. People from around Narela stop by because they know we're here. We don't do any big advertisements or anything. It’s just a regular parts shop where we try to keep things organized enough to get through the day. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We just focus on getting the right spares out the door.
