You will find us at A-41 in the D.S.I.D.C. Narela Industrial Park. Narela is quite a distance from the main city, so it’s a long commute for many of us every morning. The industrial park is huge, and it can be easy to get lost if you don't know the block numbers. Inside our unit, it smells quite different from the other factories because we work with herbs and cosmetic ingredients. There are rows of boxes and containers filled with different extracts and powders. It is a bit like a giant kitchen sometimes, but much more organized. We have a team that spends the day measuring things out and getting the packaging ready. The floors are kept as clean as we can manage, considering how much dust some of the dry herbs can make. We don't have a big fancy lobby for visitors. Most of the space is taken up by the production area and the storage racks. It can be quite loud when the packing machines are running, so we have to speak up to be heard. We usually take our breaks together and talk about whatever is going on in the news. It’s a busy environment, and there is always a truck being loaded or unloaded at the bay. We just focus on getting the batches done and making sure everything is labeled correctly before it goes out. It's a lot of work but we manage.
