Muscles Factory

Muscles Factory is tucked away at T-86 in Nangloi. It’s basically a gym where people come to sweat and lift weights. We don’t have those fancy juice bars or air conditioning that freezes you out. It’s a practical place for people who actually want to work out. The weights are heavy and the music is usually playing in the background. We opened this place because we wanted somewhere local to train. Nangloi is a busy area, and our spot reflects that. It can get a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone gets off work. We see a lot of the same faces every day. People here are serious about their fitness, but we also talk and joke around between sets. The equipment isn’t brand new, but it works perfectly fine for what we need. We keep the floor clean, though it gets worn down from all the boots and sneakers. There’s a certain smell of iron and hard work in the air. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the regulars. If you want a place that’s just about lifting and getting stronger without any of the extra fluff, that’s what we are. We're just down the road, easy to get to if you live nearby. We usually stay open late so the guys working shifts can still get their time in. It’s a simple setup for local people.
