Keshav Enterprises

You have to climb up to the 3rd floor at H 178 in Gali No. 16 to find us. Keshav Enterprises is tucked away in Kunwar Singh Nagar, which is a pretty crowded part of the city. Being on the third floor makes it a bit of a pain to move goods up and down, but we’ve gotten used to the stairs. It’s a small space, mostly filled with boxes and a couple of desks. We handle a bit of everything here, mostly small supplies that local shops need. It isn’t a glamorous office with glass walls or anything. We have a ceiling fan that clicks and a window that looks out over the rooftops of the other houses. Most of the work involves talking to people on the phone and making sure deliveries are on their way. We started this because we wanted to do something for ourselves instead of working for a big firm. My nephew helps out with the paperwork, and we have one guy who handles the transport. The street outside is always narrow and jammed with rickshaws, so getting anything delivered is always a bit of a gamble on timing. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. It’s a quiet operation for the most part. We just try to stay organized in the middle of all the chaos. It’s just our little spot in the neighborhood where we get things done.
