We are located in Pocket-C of Dilshad Garden, right at C-28/Z2. Delhi is a crowded place, and this area is no different from the rest. We spend our days handling imports and exports for various goods. It involves a lot of shipping documents and checking on containers at the warehouse. Sometimes things get delayed at the port, which can be really frustrating. We’ve been operating from this Delhi-95 address for a while now. The office is small but it works for us. We have boxes everywhere and the phone rings a lot throughout the day. It’s a lot of coordination with different people from all over the place. Dilshad Garden has its own rhythm and pace. We fit right in. We don't really have a big public storefront. It’s mostly just us doing our back-office work and logistics. Trading stuff across borders is a complicated business with all the rules and taxes. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized. The heat in the summer makes the office a bit stuffy, but we get through it with a few fans. We’ve built up some good connections over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to keep the goods moving and make sure people we work with get what they need. It’s practical work that keeps us on our toes. You learn something new every day about how international trade works. We stay busy with the paperwork and the emails. It's what we know.
