Shri Balaji Scientific Works

We are over at A-201 Nand Ram Park in Uttam Nagar, which is where Shri Balaji Scientific Works operates. If you come by, you’ll see we have a lot of glass and metal equipment sitting around. We deal with scientific tools, so it’s a lot of delicate stuff that needs careful handling. The neighborhood is mostly residential and small shops, so we fit right in. It’s not a high-tech lab itself, just a place where we organize and distribute the gear schools and labs need. I’ve lived around here for years, so setting up the shop in Uttam Nagar made sense. The office is usually stacked with boxes of beakers, test tubes, and those little weighing scales. Sometimes it feels like we’re running out of shelf space, but we manage to squeeze everything in. It’s mostly just me and a couple of helpers making sure the orders are packed right so nothing breaks during transit. Glass is tricky, you know. We spend a lot of time with bubble wrap and tape. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. People just know us as the place to get their lab supplies. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the day-to-day tasks. Most days are just spent checking inventory and talking to regular customers over the phone about what they need for their classrooms or their small labs.
