Friends Packers

Friends Packers is based out of Nand Nagri, specifically over at B-5/368-369. Shahdara is a crowded place so we have our hands full most days with boxes and tape. We’ve been doing this for some time now, just helping people move their stuff from one place to another. It’s hard work, mostly lifting heavy boxes and making sure everything fits in the truck. We don't have a big office or anything, just our space here in Nand Nagri where we keep all the packing materials like bubble wrap and cardboard. It gets messy with all the scraps on the floor but that’s just how it is when you’re busy. Sometimes we are out all day at a site and other times we are back here organizing the gear. We know the roads around Shahdara pretty well by now. The neighbors know us as the guys who are always carrying something heavy. We started small and stayed that way, just a few of us working together. We don't use big fancy machines, just our hands and some basic tools to get things packed up tight. The weather can be tough when we’re loading, but the work has to get done. If you walk past B-5/368-369, you’ll probably see us loading a van or unloading rolls of tape. It’s simple work but it keeps us on our feet all day long in this part of town. We are just local guys trying to do a good day's work for the people nearby.
