R O Valley

R O Valley is located over at Nangli Dairy in Najafgarh, and we also have a presence opposite the Vishal Industrial Estate in Bhayander East. It’s a bit of a spread between those spots, but we manage. Most of our work is about water purifiers and RO systems because let's face it, the water around here isn't always the best for drinking. We spend a lot of time cleaning out filters that have gotten clogged with silt or fixing pumps that have finally given up. It’s messy work, and we often end up with wet floors and damp clothes by the end of the shift. Our shops are mostly just filled with spare parts, tanks, and rolls of plastic tubing. We don't have a big sales team; it’s usually just us answering the phone and heading out to see what’s wrong with a customer's machine. People from the dairy area and the local factories come to us because they want something that works without costing too much. We try to be honest about what needs fixing. If a filter can be cleaned, we clean it. If it needs a new part, we tell them. It’s a simple way to do business. The summer months are always the busiest because everyone is using more water and the machines are under a lot of pressure. We just do our best to get to everyone as quickly as we can. It’s a long day sometimes, but it’s what we do.
