Nagarjuna

Nagarjuna is located at number 40 in Masih Garh, right in the middle of Jamia Nagar. If you know Okhla at all, you know how crowded and lively it gets around here. Our place is tucked into one of those narrow streets where there is always something going on. You have to watch out for the rickshaws and delivery bikes zooming past the front door. We have been in this part of New Delhi for years. The building itself is older, and we have just one main room where we sit and talk about whatever work is on the schedule. It gets very cold in the winter months, so we usually have a small heater running and drink a lot of tea to stay warm while we work. In the summer, it’s the opposite and the dust from the street gets into everything. We don't have a receptionist or any fancy lobby. People just walk in and ask for us. Sometimes we’re out at a site and the door is locked, but usually, someone is around. We know most of the shopkeepers on the block and they know us. It is a busy, noisy place to work, but we are used to the rhythm of Okhla. We just do our bit every day and try to keep things organized. It is not always easy with the traffic and the noise, but we have made a home for the business here and it works for us. We focus on getting through the tasks at hand.
