Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd.

Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd. is located at H-63 in Karam Pura, which is over in the Moti Nagar area of New Delhi. The person in charge here is the son of Shri Ram Rekha Mishra. We’ve been using this space for our construction business for a good number of years. It is a busy part of Delhi, so there is always a lot of noise from the street, but we don't mind it. Our office is more of a practical workspace than anything else. We have our desks, our papers, and plenty of tea to get us through the long afternoons. We don’t do any of that corporate stuff where everything has to look perfect. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s because we are actually working. Construction takes a lot of planning and even more physical effort, so this address is where we handle the planning part. We deal with all kinds of building projects around the city and use this house as our base of operations. We don’t have a big staff of receptionists or anything. Usually, it’s just a few of us trying to figure out the logistics for the next site. We prefer to keep things simple and just talk to people plainly about what needs to be done. It’s an old-school way of doing things, but it works for us here in Moti Nagar. We just keep our heads down and work.
