Our spot for Nagarjuna Construction Comp. is in Pandav Nagar, which is over in the Patel Nagar area of New Delhi. The address is B-457. If you know East Delhi, you know it can get pretty crowded and loud. Our office is tucked into the neighborhood there. It’s a busy place with people moving around all the time. Inside, we have our desks and the usual office supplies. It’s where we handle the paperwork and the planning for our different jobs. Delhi weather can be tough, either too hot or too cold, but we stay pretty busy regardless. We aren't located in one of those huge glass buildings; it's a more traditional Delhi street setup. We have a lot of files stacked up because there's always something to keep track of. Usually, the day starts early before the traffic gets really bad. We sit around the main table and talk about what needs to be done for the week. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have maps and schedules. Nagarjuna Construction Comp. has been operating out of this Pandav Nagar location for a while. It’s a local feel, and we know the nearby shops where we get our snacks and supplies. It’s just a group of people doing their jobs in a regular part of the city without making a big deal about it.
