We are located in the DDA Flats in Old Rajinder Nagar, specifically at C-57. Being in New Delhi means it is always noisy and there are people everywhere. Our office is just one of the units in the block, so it feels very much like a part of the neighborhood. We have been running Nagararjuna Construction Company from here for a good amount of time. The rooms are filled with blueprints, old folders, and some samples of tiles and bricks. It is a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a script. You just get one of us. We spend a lot of time worrying about the heat in the summer and the traffic when we need to visit a site. It’s a small operation even if the name sounds big. Most of our days are spent talking to sub-contractors or trying to figure out why a delivery is late. It’s a real job with real problems, and we don't try to sugarcoat it. People in the flats know us, and we are just another local business trying to get by in the city. If you’re looking for a shiny office, this isn't it.
