We are based in Okhla Phase-2, specifically at E-46/6. If you’ve ever been to this industrial area in Delhi, you know it’s a maze of buildings and narrow roads. Our place is just one of many, but we’ve made it our own over the years. We handle accessories here, which means we have thousands of small parts and components to keep track of. It can get a bit chaotic if we don't stay on top of the inventory every single day. We have rows of metal shelves filled with plastic bins. The staff spends most of their time counting, packing, or checking the quality of the bits and pieces. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s what we do to pay the bills. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. Usually, someone from the back just comes out if the doorbell rings. We’ve had the same crew for a long while, so we all know how the machines work and where every little item is stored. The afternoon tea break is the highlight of the day for most of us. We just sit around for fifteen minutes, talk about the news, and then get back to the packing. The traffic in Okhla is always a mess, so we try to get our shipping done early before the roads block up. It’s just a regular business trying to get through the daily list of tasks without too much trouble.
