Municipal Corporation Of Delhi

This branch of the Municipal Corporation Of Delhi is located inside Nav Niti Apartment at Plot No-51. Being in I.P. Extn means we are surrounded by a lot of other apartment complexes and busy streets. It is a bit unusual to have the office in a residential building like this, specifically at number 305, but you get used to the elevator wait and the neighbors. Pat Par Ganj is a lively area, and our day usually starts with a bit of a struggle for parking nearby. Once we are inside, the desks are covered in folders and stamps. We handle a lot of the local paperwork for the Delhi-92 area. It is not like those big government buildings you see in news reports; it is much more cramped and personal. The walls could use a new coat of paint, and the files are organized in a way that only we really understand after years of being here. We have a small balcony where we can see the street below when things get too loud inside the office. People come in with all sorts of issues, from property papers to local complaints about the roads. We just sit here, drink our chai, and try to process everything as it comes through the door. It is a very normal, slightly messy office life. We do not have fancy equipment, just the basics to keep the records moving for the residents in this specific block.
