We are located at house number 189 in Sector 4, Chiranjeevvihar. It’s a quiet enough part of Ghaziabad, and we’ve turned the space into our main base for our building projects. Since we are a private limited company, we have to keep a lot of records, but at the end of the day, we are just builders. We spend most of our time looking at maps of the local area and trying to figure out where the next project will start. Being in U.P., you deal with a lot of different people and a lot of different regulations. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. It’s more likely you’ll find a few of us sitting around a wooden desk talking about bricks, steel, and labor costs. We try to be sensible with how we work. Construction is a tough job with many moving parts, and we’ve had our fair share of headaches over the years. But we keep at it because it’s what we know. We aren't interested in making big promises or using a lot of industry jargon. We just tell people what can be done and how long it might take. Most of our team has been together for a long time, so we know each other's habits. We just want to build things that stay up and keep our heads down while doing the work.
