M.Tech Project

We are over at the Sivalik Hostel within the IIT Delhi campus. Specifically, we are at Na-14 in Hauzkhas, New Delhi-16. Our name is M.Tech Project. It’s a bit of a unique situation because we are right there on the campus. It is a very academic environment, as you can imagine. There are students and professors walking around everywhere. We have a small space in the hostel area where we work on our projects. It isn't a traditional office by any means. It’s more of a functional room where we keep our computers and notes. Being at IIT Delhi means we are surrounded by a lot of smart people and new ideas, which is interesting. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy reception area. You just have to find the right door in the Sivalik Hostel. Most of our work involves a lot of sitting and thinking. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just focus on the project work that we have in front of us. It can be quite busy during the semester, but things quiet down a bit during the breaks. We like being in Hauzkhas because it’s a lively part of New Delhi. There is always somewhere to get a quick snack or a coffee. We are just a small group working out of a university hostel, trying to get our projects finished and done right.
