Our site is over here at Salihabhata in the Tamnar area. We're pretty much right next to the Jindal Power plant. Prasanta Kumar Nayak is the one you’d usually look for if you have questions about what’s happening on the ground here in Raigarh. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but this is where the work is. The Chhattisgarh heat is no joke, especially in the afternoons, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done early. It’s a big operation with a lot of moving parts. We aren't really about fancy talk or big promises. We just show up, do the infrastructure work that’s needed, and try to keep things moving. There’s a lot of noise from the machinery and the power plant nearby, so it’s never exactly quiet. The office is just a temporary setup, really. It’s mostly just where we keep the logs and talk to the crew. People around Tamnar know us because of the big projects going on. We’ve got a mix of local workers and some folks from out of town staying nearby. It’s a straightforward kind of life. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write glossy brochures. This is just a place where people work with their hands and operate big machines. It’s dusty and loud, but that’s construction for you. We don’t mind the grit. We just focus on the concrete and steel.
