Our place is located at 1808/135 in Shanti Nagar, which is part of the Tri Nagar area in Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know Tri Nagar is a very busy, lived-in place with a lot of energy. We’ve been here for a long time, dealing with ceramics and tiles. The office isn't very large, and it's often filled with samples, catalogs, and boxes. It’s not a showroom where everything is perfect; it’s more of a working office where we handle orders and talk to dealers. The streets outside are always full of rickshaws and people moving about. It can be quite loud, but we are used to the constant noise of Shanti Nagar. We have a small crew that manages the paperwork and coordinates where the tiles need to go. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our spot remains the same. Sometimes the logistics of moving heavy ceramics through these narrow streets is a bit of a headache, but we’ve figured out the best times to move things to avoid the worst congestion. We don't go in for much marketing or big displays at this location. It’s more about the relationships we have with the people we’ve worked with for decades. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work on the day’s list of tasks. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Tri Nagar.
