We’re over in the Lig Flats at Prasad Nagar, right in the Karolbagh area of New Delhi. It’s a busy part of the city, and our office at 19-A is usually a hive of activity. We deal with a lot of infrastructure projects, which means we spend a lot of time looking at contracts and project timelines. Delhi is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the crowds, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't the kind of company that spends money on fancy advertisements. We’d rather put that into the equipment and the people out on the sites. We have a mix of young guys starting out and older hands who have seen everything. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of dust, noise, and early mornings. We just try to stay organized and make sure we’re hitting our targets. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down or a delivery getting stuck in traffic, and we just have to figure it out. We don't make a big deal out of it. We’ve been based in Karolbagh for a long time now. People around here know us. We’re just a group of people doing our part to build the city’s infrastructure, one project at a time. It’s steady, honest work and we’re glad to be doing it. We don't need any awards, just a job well done at the end of the day.
