You can find us at Flat No. 103 in the Mangalam Apartment building, which is located in Dhanwantari Nagar in Indore. It is a regular residential area, so our office has a very grounded and practical feel to it. Working out of Rajendra Nagar means we are close to the main roads but tucked away enough that we don't get all the street noise while we are trying to look over infrastructure plans. The office is usually filled with the sound of local staff discussing project updates or trying to track down where a particular shipment of materials has ended up. Indore has its own way of doing things, and we have adapted to that over the years. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different contractors and making sure the site reports are accurate. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication, and sometimes things get a bit stressful when a deadline is approaching, but we just push through it. We keep a simple setup here with just the necessary computers and drafting tables. There are no big lobbies or receptionists, just people working hard on their tasks. We often have lunch together in the small break area, talking about everything from the local weather to the latest bridge or road project we are involved in. It is just a normal group of people trying to do a solid job every day.
