M/S Smcc Construction India Limited

Our office is tucked away in Pitampura, specifically at WP-161 C, which is a busy part of New Delhi where there is always something going on. Being in North Delhi means we are right in the middle of the chaos, but it helps us stay connected to the different sites we manage across the city. The Smcc Construction office is where the planning happens, though most of the staff is usually out in the field wearing boots and helmets rather than sitting at desks. We deal with a lot of logistics every day because moving heavy equipment through Delhi traffic is a nightmare that requires a lot of patience. Inside the office, it is mostly piles of drawings and files related to various building permits and structural reports. We don't really go for the polished corporate look because construction is a messy business by nature. Our desks are usually covered in dust from the site visits we just came back from. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the concrete pours are scheduled correctly and the safety gear is being used by everyone on site. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments and sometimes things get a bit loud when everyone is trying to solve a problem at once. We just try to get the jobs done without too much fuss or unnecessary talk, keeping things moving one day at a time.
