We are based at 67, Krishan Kunj Extn.-I, right on Gali No. 4 in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. It’s a very crowded area, but that’s just Delhi for you. Our office is tucked away in one of the lanes. It’s a small space where we manage all our construction projects. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The place is always full of files, samples of cement, and rolls of maps. It isn't a place for show. It’s a place for work. We start early because the traffic in Laxmi Nagar gets bad later on. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or visiting the sites to see how the walls are coming up. We’ve had all sorts of problems over the years, from narrow streets making it hard for trucks to get in, to the usual delays with labor. We don't complain much, we just figure out a way around it. It’s a tough business, but we like seeing a building finally get finished. We aren't a big corporation with fancy slogans. We are just a local team that knows how to build things in this city. You might see us having lunch at one of the local stalls nearby. We’re just regular people who work hard. Gali No. 4 is our home base, and it suits us just fine for what we do.
