The Chandigarh office at 1774/2 in Sector-29B is where we do most of our work. It’s a pretty basic setup, nothing too fancy. We’ve been here a while and know the area well. Most days start early with a lot of phone calls to the guys out on the sites. We handle the heavy engineering stuff, so there is always some kind of problem to solve. It’s a lot of staring at blueprints and trying to figure out where the delays are coming from. The office gets a bit cluttered with all the files and rolls of paper, but that's just how we work. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. We’re mostly focused on getting the projects finished on time, though that’s easier said than done sometimes. The traffic around Sector-29B can be a pain in the afternoon, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny building. We just want to do our jobs and go home. Some of us have been with the company for a long time. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go, but the core group stays the same. It’s honest, hard work and it keeps us busy. We like being part of the local community here in Chandigarh. It feels like home to us now.
