M/S Pratibha Industries Ltd.

We have a small setup here in Dwarka, New Delhi. The office is located in the L&T flats, specifically Flat No 206 in Sector-18B. It is a quiet place to get work done away from the main city noise. We use this space for managing our various industrial projects under the Pratibha Industries name. It is not a huge headquarters or anything like that. It is just a functional flat that we have converted into a working space. Most days you will find a few of us here going over site details or doing the accounts. Dwarka is a well-planned area, which makes getting around a bit easier compared to other parts of Delhi. We aren't big on corporate talk or mission statements. We just show up and do what needs to be done for the day. We have been in this business for a long time and we know it inside out. We do not need fancy signs to tell people who we are. Our work speaks for itself most of the time. The tea shop nearby is where we usually go when we need a break. It is a simple life of managing contracts and keeping things moving. We value the fact that we can work in a residential-style setting; it keeps things grounded and focused. We just keep our heads down and get the job done. That is our way of working.
