M/S Parmar Construction Co.

We operate out of Rohini in North Delhi, specifically in Sector-3. The office is actually part of a residence, C/O Mr. Jitender at D-15/135. It is a very typical Delhi setup where the business and home life kind of blend together every day. Since we are a construction company called M/S Parmar Construction Co., you will usually see a lot of blueprints rolled up on the tables and maybe some samples of bricks or tiles laying around on the floor. It is not a polished corporate environment at all. We are usually busy talking to contractors or checking on site progress over the phone while drinking some tea. Rohini is a crowded place, and Sector-3 has a lot going on, so there is always noise from the street and the neighbors. We have a small team, mostly just family and a few trusted workers who have been with us for years. We do not have a big marketing budget or a fancy office in a mall. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know Mr. Parmar or Mr. Jitender and just walk over to the house. We just focus on getting the buildings up and making sure the math is right on the supplies. It is a lot of hard work and late nights, especially when a project is near the end. We just do our thing from this little home office in Rohini and try to keep everything moving for our clients.
