We've been at the Lajpat Nagar spot in Sahibabad for a while now. Most people around here know us as Omaxe.Ltd. It’s just a regular office setup in Ghaziabad where we handle the daily paperwork and site stuff. Our team is usually out in the field, but this is where we get together to figure out the next project or deal with all the legal documents. It’s not a fancy building, just a place that works for us. We started small, just trying to get some decent buildings up in the local area. Sometimes things get a bit messy with schedules and rain, but we try to stay on top of things. The neighborhood around here is pretty busy, which keeps us on our toes. You can usually find someone in the office during the week, unless we're all at a site. We don't really do big ads or anything. Most of our work comes from people just seeing what we've built or hearing about us from someone else in Ghaziabad. We handle a bit of everything, from fixing up older spots to planning out new ones. It’s just how we make a living. There’s always something to do, whether it’s checking on bricks or making sure the plumbing is right. We’ve had some long days here, but that’s just how it goes when you’re building things. We're just a local crew doing our part for the community. We've seen the streets around F/B 149 change quite a bit over the years.
