M/S Omaxe Ltd. has its office with Upender Kumar over in Greater Noida, specifically at C-36 in Alpha 1st. If you know Greater Noida, Alpha 1 is one of those established areas with decent roads and a lot of residential blocks. The office is basically a ground-floor setup that Upender runs. It’s pretty simple inside, with a couple of workstations and some chairs for visitors. We don't have any big flashy advertisements around the place. Most of our work involves dealing with the local property market and keeping track of various Omaxe files. The atmosphere is usually quite relaxed, though it can get busy when there’s a lot of paperwork to finish by the end of the month. We get a lot of local residents dropping by to ask questions. There is a small market nearby where we usually go to get some snacks or tea during the day. It’s a very standard local office vibe. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning and stay until the evening. Upender has been managing things here for a while, so he knows the neighborhood and the people around Alpha 1st pretty well. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We keep our records in order and try to handle whatever comes our way without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been here at this Greater Noida spot for some time now and it suits the way we work.
