M/S Odeon Builders Pvt Ltd is located over in Sector 21, Rohini. It’s a decent enough spot in North Delhi where we manage our building work. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our tools, some stacks of paper, and a couple of computers that have seen better days. Most of our time isn't actually spent sitting in the office though. We are usually out looking at sites or meeting people about different construction jobs. Rohini is a big place, and being in Sector 21 helps us get around to different parts of the city without too much trouble, though the traffic can be a real headache some days. There are three or four of us who handle the day-to-day stuff. We deal with a lot of cement, steel, and laborers, so things can get a bit loud and hectic. It's practical work. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. If someone wants to know about a project, we usually just show them the actual site or some rough drawings we’ve made. It feels like there is always something to fix or a deadline to meet. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment of bricks is coming in. It’s just how this business works. We’ve been here in New Delhi-85 for a while now and most people in the local area know where to find us if they need anything. We just keep our heads down and work.
