We are located in the BU-8 SFS Flats right on the Outer Ring Road in Pitampura, New Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know how loud and busy the Outer Ring Road can be at almost any hour of the day. Our office is inside one of those apartment blocks, which makes it feel more like a home than a business sometimes. We have desks squeezed into the rooms and shelves full of binders and construction codes. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, especially when we are trying to look over large architectural plans. The noise from the traffic outside is constant, but you get used to it after a while. We do a lot of construction work around the city, so we are often stuck in traffic trying to get from one site to another. The office is our home base where we handle the billing and the planning. It is a practical setup for a Delhi business. We don't have a receptionist or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some local tea bags. People come by to discuss blueprints or to drop off supplies. It is a bit chaotic and the files aren't always in the right order, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the building part and leave the fancy stuff to the big firms downtown.
