If you ever find yourself in NIT Faridabad, you might pass by H. No. 5J/42. That’s where we run M/S Mfar Constructions Pvt. Ltd. It’s a typical Faridabad house turned into a workspace, really. The neighborhood is always noisy with traffic and people going about their business, which suits us just fine. We aren't big on corporate polish or wearing suits to work. Mostly, it’s just jeans and shirts that have seen better days because of all the site visits. Building things in Haryana means dealing with a lot of different seasons, from that biting winter cold to the dry heat in June. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with workers or checking on deliveries. It’s a lot of juggling, to be honest. Some days everything goes smooth, and other days it’s a bit of a headache with logistics. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the locals know us. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily grind, making sure the projects we take on actually get finished. There’s always a kettle of tea going in the office because someone is always coming in from a site looking for a break. That’s just the way we operate.
