M/S Lloyd Insulations (India) Limited

Our New Delhi office is over in the Dakshinpuri Extension, specifically at 1/343 on the third floor. If you know this part of the city, we are right near Madhuban Sweets, which is a pretty popular landmark for people finding their way here. We are a part of the Lloyd Insulations group, handling the technical side of insulation work for various clients. Being on the third floor, it’s a bit of a walk up the stairs, but it’s where we manage our daily Delhi operations. The office is usually full of site drawings, material samples, and lots of folders. We work on a lot of different projects, from small local offices to much larger industrial sites that need proper insulation systems. Dakshinpuri is a very busy neighborhood and there’s always some kind of noise or activity going on outside. Pradeep Kumar Panda is one of the main people here managing the day-to-day things. We don't really use corporate jargon or big words; we just talk about the jobs we have to finish. It’s a straightforward and honest environment. We spend most of our time making sure the projects are moving according to the plan we made. Sometimes things get delayed with the Delhi traffic or supply issues, but that’s just how it is in this business. We just try to stay on top of the paperwork and keep the field teams supported from this office.
