We are located over in Chakkarpur, which is a bit of a mix between the old village feel and the big DLF City buildings in Gurgaon. Tarachand Yadav handles the daily stuff here. It’s a busy spot with a lot of construction always happening around us. The dust never really settles in this part of town. We spend most of our time out on the sites rather than sitting in the office. It's a lot of checking on materials and making sure the laborers have what they need for the day. Being in the NCR means things move fast, but we try to keep our feet on the ground. Our office is just a simple place to store documents and have a quick tea. We don't have any fancy signs or shiny furniture. It’s mostly just wooden desks and some old chairs. We deal with the heat and the traffic like everyone else in Gurgaon. Working on these big projects means there is always a lot of pressure, but we just take it day by day. We aren't here to give speeches; we are here to get the work done. You can usually find us around the site or talking to the truck drivers near the entrance. It’s a gritty job, and we don't mind getting our hands dirty. It is just about doing the work that's in front of us.
