We are located at A 155 Surya Nagar, right across from Vivek Vihar. Even though our name says New Delhi-92, we are technically on the Ghaziabad side in U.P. It’s a bit of a confusing spot for some people at first, but once you find Surya Nagar, you’ll see us. We work on elevators, which keeps us pretty busy. The office is often a bit messy with parts or technical manuals lying around. We’ve got a crew that is always in and out, heading to different buildings to fix things or check on installations. It’s not a quiet place. There is usually someone talking about motors or cables. We don't really bother with fancy decorations. We have what we need to get the job done. Being near the Delhi-UP border means we see a lot of different people. The traffic can be a nightmare around Vivek Vihar, so we try to plan our trips carefully. Kone Elevators is a big name, but this branch feels more like a local workshop. We know our regulars and we try to keep things moving. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things go wrong, but we just try to fix them. We don't have a polished front desk person usually, just whoever is closest to the door when it opens. It’s a practical, hardworking environment. We just focus on the lifts and making sure they keep running for everyone who uses them.
