We operate out of House Number 276 in Mandola village. It's part of the Charkhi Dadri tehsil in the Bhiwani district. Our name is Jai Switches, and we've been around this area for a bit. Making switches and electrical parts is what we do. It’s a small setup, nothing like those giant factories you see in the big cities. We like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything. The village is quiet, and most of our workers are from nearby. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to make sure the switches we send out actually work when someone flips them on in their house. Sometimes the supply of materials is late, or the weather gets too hot to work in the afternoon, but we find a way. It’s a practical business. We don't spend money on fancy ads. Word of mouth is usually how people find out about us around here. The road to Mandola can be a bit bumpy depending on the season, but trucks still make it through. We spend our days checking parts and talking to local suppliers. It’s hard work, and your hands get dirty, but it feels good to build something real. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand every day and try to get the orders out on time. It's a steady life for us out here. We don't change things much and just keep at the job.
