M/S. Fpcc Ltd. Sister Concern Of Gammon India Limited

Our office is tucked away in Shahdara, on the first floor at 1/9926, Street No. 3-H in West Gorakh Park. We are a sister concern of Gammon India Limited, so we handle a lot of the specific project work that comes through them. The neighborhood is very local, with narrow streets and lots of families living nearby. You have to climb a narrow set of stairs to get to our F-1 unit. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a whole lot of files related to engineering and construction. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find fancy carpets or glass walls. We use simple wooden tables and the lighting is just regular fluorescent tubes. The noise from the street downstairs—hawkers, scooters, and kids playing—always filters in through the windows. We keep the windows open mostly to let some air in during the humid months. It gets very busy during the middle of the week when project deadlines are close. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours on the phone coordinating with the sites and the main office. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so it feels more like a small family than a big corporation. We don't spend money on marketing; we just focus on the engineering tasks that need doing. Shahdara is home to us, and we like being part of the local fabric here in East Delhi. We just do the work and go home to our families.
