We are located in the Anand Parbat area of New Delhi, specifically at 372/2 in Than Singh Nagar. This part of Delhi is very busy and can get quite congested with all the small industries and housing squeezed together in the lanes. Our office is a small room where we manage the infrastructure and housing projects. There are blueprints rolled up in the corners and old samples of building materials lying around on the shelves. It’s a dusty place because of all the construction and traffic nearby, but we keep the files organized as best as we can. We don’t have a big fancy sign or a receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. Most of the time, the senior staff is out on site, but this is where the planning and the phone calls happen. The tea boy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break from the noise. The building itself is old, with narrow stairs and a lot of character from the years. We’ve been here for a long time, watching the city grow and change around us. It’s not a corporate headquarters by any means, just a functional space for a small company trying to build things. Being in New Delhi-5 means we are close to the heart of the action, even if the streets are a bit rough. We focus on the daily tasks and getting the permits sorted without any fuss or unnecessary marketing.
