Our office is tucked away in Dilshad Garden, specifically in Pocket-F at building 258B. It’s a quiet enough corner of Delhi compared to the main roads. We have been here for a good stretch of time now. The space is filled with technical drawings and old files that we probably should have archived years ago. It’s a typical construction office where people are always coming in and out with muddy boots. We handle a lot of the technical side of building things. It’s not always pretty work, but someone has to do it. The neighborhood has a lot of families, so it feels quite grounded. We aren't interested in being some big, shiny corporation. We just want to get the jobs done right and move on to the next one. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we manage. Most of our staff have been with us since the start. We drink a lot of tea while going over project schedules. Delhi is a huge place, but we like our little spot in the garden area. It feels like home to us. We don't have a receptionist in a suit, just a front door that sticks a bit in the winter. You learn to live with those little things when you’ve been in one place this long. It is just how we operate. We keep our tools ready and our plans open on the table.
