It’s a good place to concentrate without too much outside distraction. We get a bit of sunlight through the windows in the afternoon, which is nice. Most of our work is handled right here, with people coming and going throughout the week. We don't have a big corporate lobby. Instead, we have a small entry where you can leave your shoes if it’s raining. It’s the kind of place where we know the security guards at the gate and the people living in the next block. We keep things simple and functional. There’s a kitchen for making coffee and a table for when we need to look at big documents together. It’s just a steady, working environment in a residential part of the city. We like it this way because it feels more like a real place, and it makes the work day feel a bit less stressful for everyone.
