M.R.L Construction (P)Ltd

This office is located at Kishori Prasad Singh’s place in Tilakpur, which is in the Bhagalpur district. We are a small construction company called M.R.L Construction (P)Ltd. Working out here in Bihar means we deal with a lot of local stuff, from getting materials delivered on dusty roads to making sure we have enough hands for the bigger jobs. The office itself is part of a regular house, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We usually have a few people coming in and out all day, mostly talking about cement prices or checking on site progress. It can be quite a struggle when the monsoons hit because everything slows down and the mud makes it hard to move around the Tilakpur area. We just do our best to keep things on track. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or anything like that. Word usually gets around by people just talking to each other. Most of our days are spent checking on the sites or sitting in the office trying to figure out the logistics for the next week. It is a lot of practical work and making sure we stay within the budget for the people who hire us. Sometimes we stay late when there is a deadline, but mostly we try to get home before it gets too dark on the roads. There is always something to fix or a new problem to solve and we just keep at it.
