Our office is on the ground floor at number 319 in Sector 2 B. We are located in Vaishali, which is a part of Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh. Being part of the Mott Macdonald Group means we handle a lot of technical planning and engineering projects. It’s mostly desk work here, which involves looking at maps and complicated figures all day long. The office feels a bit cramped sometimes because we have so many files and big drawings spread everywhere. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the furniture or the decor. It’s just a practical place to get the work done. The area around Sector 2 B is quite residential and calm, so it's a bit quieter than the main city parts. We've got a small team here and we mostly just stick to our individual tasks. Sometimes we have to travel out to different sites, but this office is where we do all the thinking and calculating. We don't use those fancy slogans you see in advertisements. We just talk about the projects and how we can get them finished. Rain in Ghaziabad can make the morning commute a total mess, but we still manage to make it in. It's a solid place to work and the people here are decent to be around. We keep the kettle going for tea throughout the entire afternoon to stay awake.
