We are over in Rohini Sector 9, specifically at number 14. It’s a decent area with plenty of people around. Monika Equipments Pvt Ltd has been here for a while, dealing with all sorts of machinery and tools. The space we have is mostly used for storing the equipment we sell and fix. It’s not a showroom where everything is shiny. It looks more like a workshop because that is basically what it is. We have tools laid out on benches and parts sitting in bins. When someone comes in looking for a specific piece of equipment, we usually have to dig around a bit to find the exact one. We like the neighborhood because it’s easy for people to get to. There are shops nearby where we get our lunch and coffee. Our team is small, just a few people who know their way around an engine or a power tool. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about what went wrong with their machines. It's mostly just practical talk. We don't use big words or try to sell people stuff they don't actually need. If a tool is broken beyond repair and it would cost more to fix than buy new, we tell them straight. The office is small and usually has someone’s lunch sitting on a desk. We just try to keep the machines running and the customers satisfied without making a big fuss about it.
