Our office is at 192A/2 on the first floor in Arjun Nagar, which is part of the Safdarjung Enclave area in New Delhi. We call ourselves Modular Infratech Pvt.Ltd. It’s a decent enough spot to work from, and being on the first floor saves us from too many stairs every day. Safdarjung Enclave is a busy part of the city, so there’s always something happening outside the windows. We spend most of our hours here dealing with various infrastructure tasks. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience and looking over details multiple times. We aren’t really into the whole corporate image thing, so the office feels more like a workspace than a showroom. Usually, there are a few of us around, drinking coffee and looking over schedules or talking to contractors on the phone. We try to be practical about everything we do. If a problem comes up, we just sit down and try to fix it without making a big deal out of it. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it seems to work for us and the people who hire us. Sometimes the days get long, especially when deadlines are tight, but we just push through. We've been in this neighborhood for a while, and we’ve gotten to know the local rhythm quite well. It's just home for our company.
