We are over here at the Mea Residential Complex in Sec-2 Dwarka. It’s a busy part of New Delhi and we spend most of our days dealing with air conditioning units because of the heat. Modern Air Conditioning Co.Pvt.Ltd. isn't a massive corporate chain or anything like that. Just some people working on cooling systems so folks can stay comfortable. Sometimes the phones ring constantly when it gets really hot in the summer months. We try to keep up with the work. The office isn't anything fancy to look at but it serves us well enough for what we do. Dealing with AC repairs and installs takes up all our time. We see a lot of the same faces around the complex. Dwarka is a big area and getting around can take some time if you hit the wrong hour. We usually just stick to our routine and get the jobs done as they come in. If someone asks what we do, it’s just air conditioning. That’s really the whole story. We’ve been at this address for a while now and most people in the local area know where to find us if their unit stops blowing cold air. It's practical work and it keeps us busy. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty on paper. Most of our tools are in the back of the van anyway. It is just a regular local business.
